how can I get a paper copy of my mobile bill for the last 8 months please ?

Log into your my o2.
Go to view bill then view previous bills and you can print them out.

Except that part of the O2 site isn't working and hasn't been for two days!! It's O2 that decided to only habe bills on-line and not send paper ones, so they should get their fingers out and fix it!

App is working but not website version for me.
Maybe try app until website is fixed?

Mine is the website version @MI5....just tried it on laptop....went through every stage with no problem...?
