WILL MY AIRTIME BILL AND MY PHONE PLAN BILL BE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT SEPARATELY OR AS ONE BILL?

Srry I did not see the text box. 

Will the above two bills come out of my bank account as two separate payments or as one payment from 02?

From the O2 Refresh FAQ page:

Why are there two direct debits?

One is for your Phone Plan, the other is for your Airtime Plan. Keeping them separate means you can see exactly what you're paying for your phone separate from your calls, texts and data.

Both payments will come out of your account on the same day. When you get your bill notification each month, you'll be able to see both amounts.
