Hi, I tried to get a 2nd switch on my account not realising you only allow 1 tech plan, but the £30 upfront cost was still taken and I'm wondering when I will get that back

It is with your bank, as o2 don't have the money, and it can take your bank between 24hours and 7 working days to put release your funds. 

 

I would speak to your bank and they can advise you.
