Have bought a ticwatch pro 4g, under the impression that I can use an O2 esim (as per advertised)

But I cannot find any information about
Can someone shed some light on the situation?

O2 don't support android with esim. only Apple

You can't, sorry.

O2 only support iWatch with eSim.
