Priority Moments - updating my location

Hi, my Priority Moments App on my Blackberry 9900 is working of sorts its just not updating the location!! Any ideas as to how I can rectify this???

I do get an error message :

The server returned the following error "Access Denied Insecure SSL Request"

Have you tried removing and re-installing the App?

I dont remember having an issue with the location in the App on my 9900 even when it wouldnt pick up a GPS signal

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yeah tried that no joy, its probably something to do with this SSL error but don't know how to resolve that either

Okay, lets try something!

1. On the handset navigate to Options > Security Options > Advanced Security Options > TLS
2. Change the "TLS Default" from "Proxy" to "Handheld and then select Save

Is this a personal BlackBerry or is it provided by your work and goes through a BES connection?
