Is your bill up to date? Do you have a Direct Debit set up

It appears that I haven't paid my previous bill. I contacted an O2 operator late last week to discuss this matter and we resolved for me to pay the outstanding bill this coming Wednesday 10th June.
The reason why I haven't paid the bill is my partner past away recently and my doctor had put me on antidepressant that have affected my memory. So the operator said she would allow me to use my phone as normal until I paid the outstanding bill this coming Wednesday.

Sorry for your loss, but if you set up a Direct Debit you won't be troubled by having to remember the date to pay your bill. You will get a reminder well in advance of the charge being taken from your account.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Very sad and much sympathy to you. Please set up a direct debit and save yourself the stress and worry. You have more than enough to think without stressing over your mobile. Shame O2 didn't keep their agreement though.
