Ordered a Meta Quest 3

I ordered a Meta Quest 3 on a payment plan, paying £65 deposit. For some reason, I haven’t heard anything however the £65 is still sitting as a pending transaction in my PayPal, since 29/11/24.

I’m in the exact same situation, they told me it was a “warehouse issue”, have you received yours yet?

Did you ever receive order i ordered my 3rd December still no sign of it contacted o2 twice they said there was gas leak in warehouse and are catching up still not dispatched

O2 and the whole team are absolutely useless. I’m in the same predicament and struggle to get any serious answer. Even went to a store to sort a simple issue out and the staff had very little experience and because of the lack of advice I ended up ordering a sim and got locked out for 24hrs for “security reasons” 

 

useless, money making pit.
