Ordered a Fitbit accessory - no record of it in my account???

I ordered a fit bit on Boxing Day withnext day delivery on 27th, it’s now 9pm on 27th and it still hasn’t been delivered although the money has been taken out of my account. Is there any part of my o2 where I can find details of my order?

Check with customer services if they have them in stock?
