Hi,
I ordered a Pixel Watch 2, in the payment I chose to pay with paypal, I was charged by paypal, but the website crashed on the redirection to the rest of the device purchase process.
I can't see my new order on my orders list, but I do see the charge on paypal. I can provide with more information if necessary.

Still waiting after calling O2 twice 0800 081 0255. This is a real joke. I suspect we will get the watch, just not sure when. Certainly what we paid is £100 less than anywhere else is selling it for so it will be worth it if it arrives. I do think it is important to make this public so others who order from O2 will not be crushed like ys by the non arrival. I suggest Trustpilot and the like. Perhaps even a review on Google. Fingers and toes crossed that it arrives very soon.

The social media team are based in the UK and have a good record for solving customer problems. 👍
