O2 why are you rejecting my order?

I am trying to order a new phone but that's twice that it has been cancelled with no explanation? I don't owe any money with O2 so can I please have an explanation as to why my orders are being rejected?

 

"However, the network has declined your application, which means your order has been cancelled."

 

The orders have been made with affordablemobiles

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
