I am the proud owner of the Nokia Lumia 1020. When I open the box with my £150 worth of free accessories, I received:
I chose the black Nokia Lumia 1020 and would like black accessories to go with it.
Has anyone else have the same experience? Anyone living in the South-West London area and would like to exchange their black accessories for one of mine? lol.

Same thing happened to me. Also, the box is clearly labelled BLACK but a mixture inside. Store being less than helpful. Surely we're not stuck without option to correct colours?

Nothig back from O2 Complaint Review Service, but it's only been three days, and you can understand why it would take a while to answer such a complex question as "can I have the correct colour charging cover please?!"
