Hi, I have a Huawei MIFI device from O2 and the download speed is very low, between 2 and 5 mbps. I have checked the O2 service status but that says for over a week now that there is a problem with the phone mast:
'Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.
Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.'
Do you ahve any more detail on when this problem will get fixed? My psotcode is W1D6AH.
