Received my new Lumia 1020 today and according to the Nokia website, I should be able to claim a free camera grip via nokia.ly/cameragrip - however, I am getting "This IMEI number is invalid or has already been used" when I enter my details. I've double checked my IMEI both on the handset and the box and am entering it correctly.
I have emailed Nokia via the address supplied on the promotion page, just wondering if any other new Lumia 1020 owners have had any success? Could this be an issue with the 64gb handset which is exclusive to O2?

I had the same problem, but I contacted them via the phone number on the website and they told me that they would confirm my IMEI within 5 days and let me know. They called me back within 3 days and confirmed everything was ok. They sent me an email apologising for the delay but said that it would be despatched the following week and sure enough it has turned up. All good. I think they didn't expect so many people to take up the offer.

Hi Steve
Nope, still not had mine after almost 28 days (26). Nokia tell me the claim has been processed and to contact them if not received which I have now done. Will advise further idc.

Had exactly the same problems as described in the previous posts. Almost gave up but finally managed to resolve.
As mentioned for the camera grip issues you need to contact nokia... help@nokia1020grip.co.uk for the issues with £20 app voucher (still trying to spend it...) you need to contact.. esc-Customer.Support@microsoft.com , they actually issued me with a new voucher code.
No issues downloading the gameloft games.
Hope this is of help to someone.

This very much sounds like a promotion tactic that has gone badly wrong.
Nokia are definitely at fault here in my opinion. If they were offering this as a incentive to buy their phones then it is their responsibility to ensure the promotion is fit for purpose..
