Why can I never get discount applied to my account as I work for phones4u I have been told from p4u and O2 I am entitled to get a line rental discount but noone ever knows how to go about applying it and when I try to generate an open code p4u is not a recognised company
You'd have to take that up with P4U, or call O2 Customer Services and ask there. The numbers to call are in the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
I have taken it up with managers, p4u and O2, best I've been told is to get my open code and go into a O2 store, so I asked all people including O2 customer services and noone can give me my open code for this, p4u say speak to O2 and O2 say speak to p4u it's an absolute joke I've been trying to get this added to my 3 accounts for two years now!
