Solved: Is my tablet locked?

I got a tablet as part of my phone update. I have paid it off, never used it and looking to sell it. I was given a 02 SIM card so I could access 4G for the tablet. My question is - is my tablet locked to the 02 network or would it work with any other SIM card if the buyer wanted to use it for travelling and not using WiFi?

If since middle of 2018 it should be unlocked but you need to try another sim to check fully.
