A new sim card is arriving tomorrow that I want to put into a 4g router. I got a text saying to activate my sim, I text swap to 20220. However I want to use the sim in a router and not swap it with my existing sim. How should I do this?

You'll need to put the old sim in a phone to send the text or call O2 on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
However, it would appear that you have upgraded your current contract, so you need to call to stop the upgrade or you'll lose phone functionality.
