Hi I haven't pressed anything, is just I have a voicemail symbol on my phone and I can't seem to get rid of it.

It is probably a voicemail waiting to be read...You can go into settings and delete it...or listen to it then press 3 to delete

You can call your phone from a landline to listen to voicemails if you want to.
