How can I stop receiving SMS from a second mobile number on my O2 account ?

I have two Nokia Lumia 520s on my O2 account (one for me and one for my wife).  I have registered to a Windows account where we have a shared email account.  Both having sight of the same email account is great, but we'd prefer not to receive each others SMS on the phone.  I can work out how to remove a phone from the account altogether, but is there any way I can just alter the settings so that we still receive shared emails but only receive SMS relating to our own individual phone number and not both ?  Any help gratefully received.

Try going to Settings >Backup and remove text messages from the backup options.
