Forgotten password Nokia Lumia 735

Hi, I'm hoping to save my photos before hard reset. It said somewhere if I contact the provider they may be able to do this. Is it possible? Or am I wasting my time?

Thanks

If your forgotten password is your microsoft acount you need for one drive, simple go through the forgotten password procedure put in your email address click forgotten password they will send you a link to resett your password, if you have a pc with onedrive installed and signed in just plug your phone in and onedrive will auto sync scan your phone for eny new photo`s doc`s etc from the last backup and will store them on your onedrive,

try to do this at least one a month if you loose you phone or it get`s damaged you will be able to get a new phone back up with all your onedrive contents.
