Exchanging an item

I've recently purchased a pocket hotspot but would now like to exchange it for a sim only deal...how do I go about doing that?

I'm going to be charged for something I havent used and am within my 14 day cooling off or change of mind period... what do I do?

You return it under the change of mind policy which O2 has extended to 28 days

You can take out a sim only contract at any time
