Contract phone cracked screen

I bought a new Blackberry 9900 on contract from Carphone Warehouse a few weeks back and just today, i went for a jog and the phone fell out of my pocket and landed on the font when i picked it up there was a crack on the screen, how do fix this? do i just take it back to Carphone Warehouse?

Do you have insurance? If not you will have to pay for the repair and if that's the case I would look around at a few independent shops to get the best price

by meaning how do you get it? i hope you arent going to try & commit fraud by buying insurance then making a claim a few weeks later
