I have a blackberry with o2, working fine for a year and i woke up this morning and it just won't turn on. I have no landline to contact o2 via the telephone, is there anyone that can point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Take out the battery and replace it.
Plug phone into a charger.
If it still won't come on use Live Chat to contact O2 (click on "contact us" at the bottom of the page).

If a hard reset won't work or MI5's advice then,....

To find out how to carry this out just google how to hard reset your make of blackberry handset.

Either contact blackberry support to have it repaired if necessary or walk into your local O2 shop and send it off.

Try blackberry first.
