Solved: Blocked sim

Hi folks I need help. My friend has a Microsoft Lumia 435 and all of a sudden his sim has locked and we can't get a PUK code or anything to sort it out. Can any of you tech wiz's out there help?

He can get his PUK from the device details section of his MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
