Blackberry Z10 WIFI Problems

Since I've had my Z10 it has forgotten all of my saved WIFI network 3 times and is getting quite annoying, is this a common problem or could it be my handset?

The apps may or may not come, BB is very much in the same boat as Windows Phone at present, app developers will not look twice until the user base creeps up, which is a shame.

Working in store I do find myself swiping up on every make of phone, which is a compliment to BB on how natural the peek / unlock function is.

I "Googled" your WiFi problem and there are the occasional reports of it, followed by multiple people without the issue - so it appears it may be something that can happen to BB's but just very rarely.

Hi Richard1606.

Are these WiFi hotspots or standard wireless networks (such as at home).

Although a pain, you could try fully resetting your device, otherwise I would suggest it was a handset fault.

Wifi on my Z10 has never been an issue, so it is very doubtful it is an issue with the device in general.

Hope you get it sorted, other than that how are you finding the new layout and user interface?

They are all standard wifi connections, when i used the device switch i had all networks i ever saved transfered across but they disappeared the first time i restarted my Z10 and now they dont stay saved for longer than a week. I have side loaded some apps but i doubt that is causing it.

Apart from the wifi issue it is a great device and the best blackberry I've had, it just needs some of the more popular apps to be released, i won't mention them because they are the ones that everyone is moaning about.

I will try fully resetting and see if that fixes the problem, thanks for the advice.

I have reloaded the software now so hopefully it wont happen again.

As for the apps, I'm just glad it's easy to side load them, although they don't work perfectly, they work enough to use them.
