I saw all the articles, firstly you'd need to downgrade to WP8.0 via Nokia Recovery Tool to update to WP8.1 with Lumia Cyan and then they said you shouldn't have to........rah, rah, rah.
What I would like to know is if anyone HAS managed to upgrade to Lumia Cyan having already updated to WP8.1 via the Microsoft WP Developer Preview?
For info I have a NL1020.
@Chris_K I hear you are the man?

Usually yes but I'm afraid not for this one 😞
Nokias seperate Cyan update was baked into our own O2-WP 8.1 build that's been pushed out to handsets on the O2 update channel. If you're running a DP build I believe the Cyan update is a seperate download but I'm afraid it's not details we have info on since ours is all bundled together.
From what I've seen from others on the community it seems like Microsoft may be working on some issues before rolling Cyan out to DP builds, but it's not something I have much info on I'm afraid.

Which only affects enterprise users, but at least they're not tempting fate I guess and are being responsible about it...
