mine was a nokia 5110 on orange in 1999 or as they called it the nokia c402

I can't remember what make it was, but the keypad was clear and it flashed orange when it ring, which was quite appropriate since my phone provider was Orange!

The 3310 was a great phone. I had the WAP enabled 3330 version o contract with Vodafone. I remember standing on a station platform in Birmingham waiting for a train home and I was able to look up my connections on my phone which despite the monochrome LCD screen I thought I was at the breaking edge of technology rather than the edge of Birmingham

I had the 3330 too, but for the life of me I cannot remember the difference between that and the 3310

Samsung used to do some beautiful flip-phones too

Toby, really stretching my memory here but if I remember rightly, the 3310 was a dark colour and had no WAP, whereas the 3330 was a light grey and had WAP
