At least you know they're onto it, repairs can but don't often run to weeks:

Typically turning your phone off and on helps reset the signal ,once you hear the mast status is showing as sorted.

Hmm, I used to live near there back in my student days, lived on Weelsby Road and then Devonsire Avenue.

Going back nearly 20 years there.
