problem accessing media message attachement

Hi, I've logged on to look at a media message attachement I've been sent - but I cant open it. it just says theres an attachment there but doesnt say how i can open it. Please give me some advice! Thanks Rachel

You need to turn on mobile data to get the MMS

Make sure it's from a source you know.
If you don't know who sent it, just delete it.
Many scams are started in this way.

950 million Android phones are vulnerable. If you use Google Hangouts and you haven't got it set up correctly, you don't even have to open the infected MMS and it could corrupt your phone.
