Hey everyone,
Chirstmas biscuits are a great snack to have not only at Christmas-time, but throughout December, all of Winter, or anytime from the moment the days start getting shorter until the air warms up again ahead of Spring. Whether it's baking them or eating them, they come in all shapes and flavours!
Below are just a couple of the different ones that I could think of:
And the list just goes on and on ...
What's your go-to Christmas cookie?
Don't worry if it's not on the above list

Dear @Anonymous
I have never seen Turkish delight thins. They could be much better than those fat bars that were a bit sticky.
They come in a pink box and are similar to After Eights but are covered in milk chocolate with a thin layer of Turkish Delight in the middle - yummy
The Turkish Delight bar was eaten all too quickly @jonsie

What is really nice are the real Turkish delights come in a box from Turkey they have a very delicate flavour and not sticky at all, and not over sweet.
Have you tried these @Anonymous
Hello @JAZZ-tradThere used to be a stall on the town market which sold what I can only describe as 'sweetmeats'. Their produce was sold loose by weight. There was some Turkish Delisht dusted in icing sugar and it was truly delicious. Thank you for reminding me.
