The Mouse of Getaria
The little island is the Ratón de Getaria - translated as the Mouse of Getaria, due to its resemblance to the rodent. (especially the sugar ones with the string tail that older members might recognise 
)
I spotted it whilst walking the Northern Camino Santiago a few years back. The town at its tail is Getaria, and the larger town on the beach, to the right, is Zarautz, in the Basque Country, northern Spain.
We spent the night in Getaria, and had what was probably the best, and certainly amongst the most expensive, seafood meal I've ever enjoyed - the wine bill didn't help either
