Especially with a certain tech billionaire forcing the UK's NHS to do it his way or hit the highway... Your records could end up the same way, out ther on the darker branches of the Internet!

The main company after our records (there is more than one) is associated with the Medical Insurers that are denying millions of legitimate claims in the USA.

What an absolute disgrace!
Even worse when you think this could be happening with other IT companies who have 'gone out of business'
I remember being infuriated when I worked for the NHS and having to wait for IT to come and sort out an issue on my PC. As current head of that dept, I brought my husband in to sort mine out. He knew a lot more about IT than those currently employed by the so called IT dept. There again our computers didn't contain Medical records!

Plenty of examples of that sort of thing in the UK too, such as :-
