The answers - and results for each player taking part - will be posted on morning of Fri 13 Aug 2021
Each member will be awarded 
for each correct answer. In addition, Thinkers will be awarded as follows

No member is to post any answer on the thread.
Any answer received after 23.59 [11.59pm] on Thurs 12 Aug 2021 will be declared void.
No googling, wiki, youtube search for answers.
The White Room Quiz is open to all members.
New members, who have recently joined the Community, and members who have not taken part before, are welcome to join the "regulars" with this week`s quiz.
Please feel free to post any comments on the questions - but not the answers - on this thread.
If you have any questions about the quiz, please ask and I will reply here.

Just a bit of useless info here.
In South Africa nurdling has different meaning.
Nurdles are tiny beads of virgin plastic that are melted down and injection moulded to make a variety of products. After a cargo spill on a South African coast people were employed to collect these nurdles which are detrimental to birds and marine life.
Like other plastics, nurdles can be mistaken for food by marine wildlife like seabirds, fish, and crustaceans. Once they pollute our environment they can pose a threat to these creatures and habitats for years to come. ... More than 220 marine species have been shown to ingest plastic debris.
So nurdling also means collecting plastic debris from our beaches. (Thanks Sir David Attenborough)

Good work all, we're not doing too badly despite the Forum changes - but the Reply box to type in is a bit wee, especially on mobile 🤨

Yes, I agree, the reply box is too small and does cause problems with cut and paste and jumps when trying to scroll up or down. One for the issues list - when some of the other problems have been fixed.

Dreadful if contributing a page to a "Summer on o2" for instance. Can only see couple of lines at a time 😩

I raised the issue of Reply Box with @Martin-O2 on Welcome to New Look and have had this reply with way to solve the problem...
@Mi-Amigo if you look at the bottom right of the text box you'll see a small dotted triangle. Click and drag that down to expand the text box.
I`ve tried it - and it worked
