A rather interesting prank/"experiment" the reactions of people are surprisingly unpredictable. (Last one made me laugh though epitomises the modern day mobile use).

What do you think you'd do in a situation like this?

Myself I'd like to believe I'd get stuck in looks like the guy could really use a hand with pulling the rope taughter grin

In all seriousness though I think once I got over the initial shock I'd do my best to help. Even if I failed and was injured as a result I think I'd have an easier time living with myself than knowing I did nothing.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

I think it's the paternal instinct in me! I'm not the bystander, look the other way type. Maybe that's not a good way?:smileysad:

I think its a good way. Just have to be careful and remember self preservation.

If I thought it was real that would be different but I suspect this was done for the benefit of daytime tv!

Weighing up the situation and the position the guy is in, self preservation comes a close second but my doc martins do have a little bit of history a couple of years back!

Completely agree it was a bit day time tv style. However Im not sure i would of twigged straight away. It's the shock factor of not experiencing that on a daily basis that kicks in the fight or flight.

Jonsie you strike me as a nice guy but I wouldn't want to upset you as you can turn dangerous haha. Care to share?
