Hi guys,

As above, a simple question; What device or gadget made you think 'WOW' when you first held it?

For me it was the Nokia 3510i. Polyphonic ringtones and a colour screen? Who could resist!

The PS3 comes in a close second

How about you? What gadgets have blown your mind?

I think the very first thing I ever said "Wow" was the Spectrum 128k +2...it was more powerful that my 48k AND it had an onboard tape deck!

No need to have to faff about with volume controls to get a game to load any more! Smiley LOL

Some good suggestions!

Another nomination from me. Pedals like the below radically changed my (short lived) electric guitar playing phase

It would have to be the add-on Disc (Plus disc) drive for the 48K Spectrum which combined with a Daisywheel printer and better keyboard was used to wordprocess Leases and other documents.
