Think travelling south hoping not too windy here and passing quickly.

10C doesn't feel cold. Damp and cloudy though.

Tuesday (New Year's Eve) :-

Yet another dull, grey and overcast day ; no rain, no sunshine but with strong "gusty" winds.

11 degrees celsius at the time of writing but with the temperature forecast to plummet over the course of the next couple of days.

Wednesday (New Year's Day) :-

Strong winds overnight but without the forecast heavy rain have given way to a dull, grey and overcast day. The wind has subsided and it is not raining constantly, but we have had two or three very heavy showers over the course of the morning.
