Routine blood and covid tests before hospital appt on Monday

Refuse to moan about the weather, it wont last long.

Felt a little better last night but was still too hot to sleep - very tired this morning.
Blue sky and sun now so another hot one likely.

I have a quiet fan going all night in the bedroom @gmarkj. It really helps. Dread to think what the electricity bill is going to be though!

Up at 6am very hot bit cooler at 27c this morning but it is burning sun no cloud, very dangerous to health even the fig tree is collapsing..normally wants more sun.

Eyes are nearly glued down with heat and oxygen levels in air low. Fan only moves around hot air.
Love it sunny but at 30c have to get inside at 12 noon.
I did have a cooling fan but it gave up🤪
