"The response rate was 43% out of 8000 nurses balloted".
In other words, less than half of those asked responded.
There are over 300,000 nurses in the UK. Not a great representation then really?
So grumble away. I doubt the majority of UK nurses will do anything different on December 3rd.
However, I will wait for the usual media generated horror stories about the number of deaths which have occurred due to this 'strike'.!!
