To be honest, I love quizzes, whatever the format but can't get my head round Only Connect at all.

It's a source of great amusement in this house when I sit muttering 'how the hell did they get that!!!'

Another one I'm not keen on is Pointless. What's the point of that?

3-inch diameter cables snapping like spaghetti - impressive footage, @Anonymous! "Coping by analysing failure", lessons to be learned - the guy-cables that hold many bridges up are of the same or similar dimensions.

I’m only surprised they held up as long as they did with one already missing. Hopefully something just as impressive will be built on site.
