Well ....... Back on the Robitussen - seems better than Benylin for a chesty cough ....... I do sleep with my mouth open so won't have helped - I know not a good look ...

Craft group on Tuesday so looking forward to that - it's the other end of towm in an Arts centre, was an old school which has been renovated. As near nursery school path from town centre had been salted / gritted last week.

Am cutting out bread : Sunday had last crust of bread as toast for brekkie slathered with last of Lurpak Spreadable ....... some are doing dry January ....... I don't drink alcohol so stick to Yorkshire tea, Pepsi Max & latte coffee when I am out and about.

Tapatalk was the platform we used for the H4M forum When we stopped posting then Tapatalk started posting their own stuff. We were going to look for another provider but that never happened.
