The Isle of Skye was on More4 9pm Monday beginning of a series of the Scottish Western Islands fronted by Dame Darcey Bussell.
I know you @pgn and @BobM are / were former fans of the band Runrig particularly when the band was fronted by Donnie Munro. Bob has very generously gifted me his copy of Going Home a book with many photos and is the story of Runrig.
All the band members come from Skye.
I have been to the island many years ago before I was married and there was the Kyle of Lochalsh / Kyleakin ferry
I missed the tv programme but hope to watch it on catch up on the laptop.
