If I had a valium I would take one!

It's ridiculous really, up until 18 months ago I would routinely do this myself. Then we made the decision to remove the bath (with shower) and just have a full length shower put it. All very lovely in terms of showering BUT i now can no longer kneel over the bath to wash my hair or dye it (as you have to step into the bath length shower). Said shower has a toughened glass fixed divider and is not conducive to washing and dying hair.

So dye can be put on in bathroom but has to be washed in kitchen sink!

Woe is me.

Ah well enough chatting, I'm going in. rofl

So it's on without too much mess. 25 minutes time, I'll be washing and conditioning. Beech floor in kitchen now covered in towels ready for the mahogany massacre....LOL

Yes  I  find that sometimes just a quick wash of my hair is better with shower handle over bath..difficult in shower as really have to get in it🙃

Good luck with hair refurb.

All went well @Mi-Amigo. No disaster zones at all. Only thing is, the colour isn't right!!

I couldn't get my usual so went for a different mahogany...not dark enough!

I may have to do it again.

(My hair is thick enough to throw anything at it...which is a damn good job!!)

Morning All smiling

Had cuppa tea already, but not ready to eat anything yet

False alarm by my cat Marty who just wanted to wind me up Cat Tongue

Got the usual signal ie paw to my mouth which means he wants to go outside, being fed first

Go downstairs to find him playing with his toys

He didn't want anything to eat and didn't go anywhere near slightly open outside door which he usually does to sniff the air first before making the decision to go out or go back upstairs

He's probably back in his nest on the spare bed

Central heating not yet switched on

Time for another cuppa tea.
