This is a Stephen King book I read quite a while ago and really enjoyed it.

Seems this is being made into a film with some big named actors starring in it.

The signal came from an o2 cell!

The msyerious signal was found to be "4G"; resulting in an apocalyptic chaos of people playing on their phones 24/7.
