i've recently been abroad and been charged for texts to 9011.

Can anyone tell me what this is for?

I've had a quick look around and cannot seem to find any clear explanation.

I would suggest you contact 02 by ringing 202 from your mobile phone to have the charges explained properly to you.

Searching on google, this seems an old problem dating back 4 years and initially was put down to a problem with visual vocemail. Call 202 and ask for the charges to be refunded, they may even be able to explain exactly what they are?
