Yes, and they also need to do it while the UK is still in the EU, as you can pretty much bet that all the new roaming agreements will go out the window when the UK departs.

Fortunately I already have my French sim and Tu over my wifi.
I also think Three will continue their feel at home as it runs of networks owned by their parent company and not specifically related to EU regs.
So plenty of choice and competition which will help control prices - hopefully wink
