Hello everyone!
Just popping in to let everyone know I'm going to be taking a bit of time off to move house.
A year ago, my family moved here from China and now we're heading up to West Yorkshire. Am I too hopeful that maybe there'll be snow there? I have no idea so fill me in.
The house is currently a mess of boxes and there's still so much packing to do. It'll be Mickey's 15th time moving and needless to say, I believe he's thoroughly "over it." Just look at that face...
Pretty sure he's saying "Woman, I have had enough!"
Of course, the steadfast @RafaC and @Martin-O2 will be here if you need anything. I'll be back on November 10th, hopefully mostly settled into a new place and with Wi-Fi, but you know how that goes! I'll reply to any DMs when I get back.

Hello Breanna ..... just come late to your thread ..... hope the move was stress free and it looks as though Mickey has settled in quick.
* Ahem *
@Breanna ... I am very proud to be Yorkshire born and bred ... tek no gorm abah't wot sum folk have spok above ... lolz
You will be assured of a very warm welcome here in God's Own Country / God's Green Acre.
There is a traditional good-humoured Northern Country rivalry between Yorkshire and that other place called Lancashire which is The Wrong Side of the Pennines.
We don't talk funny at all.
Yes, it is too early for snow. The high spots over the Pennines, but not yet ..... look up the highest point on the M62 motorway particularly where both carriageways separate with a farm in the middle, due to unstable ground not to stroppiness of the then farmer - A CPO Compulsory Purchase Order would have sorted that.
Undoubtably you will need a good Winter coat with hat, scarf and gloves, not forgetting boots for Winter.
Having moved around a lot when married I was Over the Moon when about 30 years ago to be back in Yorkshire, albeit not the heart of West Yorkshire where I was happily born.
May I wish you and your family Breanna All The Very Best in West Yorkshire XXX

Welcome back Breanna. Mickey looks pretty happy to me.
I wish you well.
One of my Grandma's lived in South Elmsall (West Yorkshire) which at the time was a mining community.
My cousin and I spent many happy summer holidays there. Beautiful place.
