A review by the Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration has discovered that sniffer dogs stationed at Manchester airport failed to detect any class A drugs between November 2014 and June 2015. They are however finding cheese and sausages! "One dog, which had been trained to sniff out smuggled animal products, had detected many items accurately - but the report said most were "small amounts of cheese or sausages"

@Cairdeas You do get used to it which I'm still not sure is a good thing or a bad thing
@blissgirl He's the only cat I've had in years that's shown an interest in hunting. His sister will chase a fly around the room but has never messed with anything bigger then that.

One of my cats Mollie was a champion bird catcher.....None of this waiting till they dropped out of the nest...she would climb to the top of the gazebo ...launch herself in the air and catch them midflight....Clever Mollie....poor birds.......

No longer with us now Jane...but a lovely lass when she was....(we seem to get more birds in the garden now that Mollie isn't there taking them down midflight)...:smileywink:

Woah mid flight is impressive! My boy has has only attempted to catch one bird which was a massive pigeon who ended up scratching the cats face and flying off.
