Hi I was recently contacted my o2 about being a loyal customer and I was to get 30% off my bill and a free gift of AirPods. Was this a scam?

If you gave them any codes or personal details, Change your O2 password too and any others that use the same details.
Notify your bank if you haven't done so already.
