I don't think I've ever forgotten him @Bambino.
He may not have walked on the moon but he piloted the command module all alone.

Never remembered in the same way as Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong which is such a shame
He was their lifeline back to Earth

Michael Collins might be the "forgotten name" of the Apollo 11 Moon Mission but I remember watching him on TV on Apollo 11 moon mission, flying the Command Module to the dark side of the Moon with no contact with NASA.
May he be remembered now.
