Problems with camera on my Galaxy mobile

Having problems with the camera on my mobile - whe ni try to take a picture the task manager comes up . How do I restore camera default settings?

It sounds like you are pressing the home button to take a picture. Don't know which Galaxy you have but of most you tap a button on the screen to take a picture.
