Most of us now are aware of the extreme disaster in the Philippines which has left many homeless and hungry.
9.8 million people have had their lives torn apart. They need food, shelter & clean water. Text DEC to 70000 to donate £5 or online: http://bit.ly/1eEojNe (Link is to the Disasters Emergency Committee web site)
Goods and medical services are already responding but there is so much more still to do, please make a donation if you can.

Thanks Toby, the Philippines Appeal thread is working again.
Please donate as much as you can as there is still a great deal to be done there.

David Beckham in his guise as a UNICEF Ambassador, has made a surprise visit to the Philippines.
Aid is still needed and being given to the 4 million who were made homeless by the storms.
